Job Purpose:
Creating an information infrastructure for unit managers, providing support in planning, management, and control, as a tool to support the improvement of operational and business processes, and assisting in decision-making based on reports and data regarding the unit's needs
What will your day look like?
- Performing analyses, data analysis, drawing conclusions, and formulating insights in the various areas of the unit's activity
- Analyzing trends and providing access to information and business insights
- Leading the construction of the unit's revenue budget (data collection, entering them into systems, receiving feedback from divisions and the economic department, and preparing the data for presentation)
- Characterizing needs and defining routine control reports for processes and projects in the unit
- Preparation and maintenance of decision-making tools
- Analyzing existing workflows, mapping gaps, and building solutions to improve customer experience and productivity
- Monitoring performance against targets, KPIs, and control reports on the cost and revenue sides
- Defining requirements for automation and computing of workflows, producing characterization outputs for information systems and additional interfaces
- Creating dashboards/BI tools such as (Power BI/Tableau)
- Market and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities, building trends, forecasts, and recommendations for action
- Preparing business presentations for the unit's management
- Coordinating and driving interfaces in projects and processes towards sales units and supporting units
- Checking the feasibility of special projects / new activity channels
Who is this position suitable for?
- Relevant academic education (Business Administration/ Economics/ Industrial Engineering and Management) – Mandatory
- High proficiency in Office programming (Excel, PP) – Mandatory
- Experience in analysis and high-level inference ability, DATA analysis – Mandatory
- High level of English – Mandatory
- Familiarity with AI tools – Significant advantage
- Experience in building and implementing workflows and measurement and control tools – Advantage
