Business Development Manager
Job Purpose:
Identifying, analyzing, and leading new business opportunities, through a deep understanding of business models, identifying growth engines, and driving processes from end-to-end – from the idea stage to actual implementation
Responsibilities:
Leading end-to-end business development processes – from identifying opportunities to execution Rapid entry into new domains and understanding their business logic Managing negotiations with potential partners Building high-level initial business analyses, including pricing, profitability, and ROI estimates Ongoing work with lawyers for contract drafting and working with the finance department for deepening, validation, and refining analyses Leading strategic projects Hands-on, including diving into details and actual execution Working with internal interfaces and driving cross-organizational processes Identifying new partnerships and business opportunities Preparing presentations and insights for senior management
Professional Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, strategy, investments, Corporate Development, strategic consulting, or similar roles
- Significant experience in identifying and leading complex business opportunities
- Experience working on M&A deals, investments, strategic partnerships, or entering new fields of activity – a significant advantage
- Previous experience in one of the leading consulting firms, Big 4, strategy, or investment banking – an advantage
- High ability to build business models and financial analyses
- Experience in leading complex projects and driving multiple interfaces
- Very high level of English, both written and spoken
