Attorney in the Legal Department for the Financing Company
Role Objective: Providing ongoing legal advice and guidance to managers and employees in the company across various fields, with the aim of promoting business activity while complying with legal and regulatory requirements and maintaining optimal legal, business, and ethical conduct.
How your day will look:
Legal support and compliance for the financing company
- Ongoing guidance of financing activity: contracts, general terms and conditions, consumer issues.
- Advice and control regarding industry regulation of financing activity (anti-money laundering, credit data, consumer credit, etc.).
- Handling inquiries from customers and external parties at a legal advisory level.
- Guidance in projects and group compliance, including code of ethics, procedures, compliance frameworks, and more.
Legal support for operational leasing activity, including handling customer inquiries at a legal advisory level, contracts, general terms and conditions, consumer issues.
Legal support and compliance for the insurance agency.
Privacy protection
- Implementation of privacy protection laws at the group level (in Israel and abroad).
- Handling inquiries from data subjects and reviewing data processing agreements.
Legal guidance in various commercial topics within the group's fields of activity.
Job Requirements:
- LL.B degree and membership in the Israel Bar Association - Mandatory
- 2-5 years of experience in law - Mandatory
- High level of English - Mandatory
- Experience in financial regulation, privacy protection, in-house legal advice, or guiding complex commercial clients - Significant advantage
- Familiarity with the fields of financing, insurance, or automotive - Advantage
- Experience working with information systems, compliance programs, financial, institutional, or regulatory bodies - Advantage
- Proficiency in AI tools - Advantage
