Job Purpose:

Increasing the level of professionalism and familiarity with private vehicle brands, technologies, and the various models imported by Chel Mobil among sales staff and other factors.

What will your day look like?

• Providing product knowledge training and professional support across the network of showrooms and service centers
• Conducting training sessions for new models and technologies
• Providing technical and product knowledge training for sales staff upon entering the role
• Implementing advanced technologies in the world of electric vehicles and alternative propulsion
• Developing training materials and lesson plans—frontal, digital, and computerized
• Working within the knowledge and training management systems of vehicle manufacturers, participating in online and frontal training from manufacturers, editing and translating training materials and adapting them to local needs while meeting manufacturer requirements
• Researching and building a broad knowledge base in the automotive world and maintaining a learning site and knowledge management
• Collaborating with marketing departments in preparing training, training products, and learning materials tailored to end customers
• Conducting training and providing support to strategic customers and customer service factors
• Participating in launch processes for new models and working with automotive journalists
• Managing a continuous working interface with sales divisions, marketing, and various interfaces within the company

Who is this position suitable for?

• Deep familiarity with the automotive world and advanced vehicle technologies
• At least one year of practical experience in frontal training
• Experience in the sales world, a significant advantage in the automotive world
• Experience working with OFFICE with an emphasis on working with power point – mandatory
• Background/orientation for working with diverse computing systems (AI, graphic editing/ video editing/ working with digital learning systems, etc.) – significant advantage
• English - at a very high level – technical English + speaking and writing
• Relevant academic background, automotive engineer - advantage
• Experience in off-road driving and driving training – advantage
