Attorney in the Legal Department | Rosh HaAyin

Job Purpose:

Providing legal support to managers and employees in the group on a variety of topics in order to promote business aspects and maintain compliance with law and regulation for the benefit of optimal and market-leading business, legal, and ethical conduct.

How your day will look:

1. Assisting in the support and management of the litigation system with an emphasis on class actions: organization and arrangement of claims, supporting external firms, consolidating internal information, drawing conclusions and insights, implementing a feedback process with the organization in order to reduce exposure, contact with automotive manufacturers.
2. Ongoing consulting on regulatory and commercial matters (locally and globally) including vehicle regulation, consumer protection, competition, occupational safety, customs, import and exp...
3. Building optimal work interfaces based on structured work processes and work methodologies with units within the company.

Who is suitable for this position:

• LL.B degree and membership in the Israel Bar Association
• 4-7 years of experience in law
• High level of English
• Experience in supporting significant claims including class actions (on the company's side, court representation is not required)
• Experience in consolidating information and analyzing multiple data sets into business insights
• Proficiency in AI tools
• Excellent proficiency in Excel
• Full-time position at the company headquarters in Rosh HaAyin + car
