VP Finance - Calmobile Energy

A growing energy and infrastructure company, expanding its activities to Europe, is looking for a VP Finance to lead the company's global financing strategy and support significant growth processes. The role includes leading debt and equity fundraising, working with banks, institutional bodies, and investors at home and abroad, building financing structures for projects, managing liquidity and cash flows, formulating hedging strategies and managing financial risks, alongside developing financial models and supporting the company's international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Leading the company's short-term and long-term financing strategy.
• Leading project financial closings, debt fundraising, credit, bonds, and other financing sources.
• Managing relationships with banks, institutional bodies, funds, and international investors.
• Building financial models and financing structures for projects.
• Formulating Hedging strategies and managing financial risks; responsibility for compliance with Financial Covenants towards financing entities.
• Supporting the expansion of activities in Europe and leading strategic transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration.
• MBA with a specialization in Finance — a significant advantage.
• Experience from an energy / infrastructure / other relevant company.
• Significant experience in financing — Corporate Finance / Treasury / Capital Markets.
• Experience in leading complex financing transactions and debt fundraising.
• Experience in developing financial models and risk management.
• Experience in a global environment — a significant advantage.
• English at a very high level.
• The role includes traveling abroad as needed.
