The shipping company Dhl Global Forwarding in Shoham is looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager.

The role includes:

• Providing service to the company's customers, working with internal and external interfaces throughout the entire shipping process; providing quotes, working with agents abroad, airlines/shipping companies, accompanying the customer, and operating the process in all aspects of the shipment from the moment the customer contacts us until the shipment reaches its destination.
