1. Expand the customer base and generate sales within the Corporate, Tour Operator, School Camp, Wedding, and international markets.

1. Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and agencies.

1. Develop packages, activities, and promotions in alignment with market demands.

1. Coordinate with the operations team to deliver the best experience to customers.

Qualifications: Experience in Sales or BD within the hotel, resort, tourism, event, or service business. Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship development skills. Ability in strategic thinking and business development. Ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties effectively. Proficient in using PowerPoint, Email, and Microsoft Office. Able to drive a car and travel for work upcountry. Good English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese will be given special consideration.
