IT Manager

-Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks -Ensure system security through firewalls, risk assessments, and incident response -Oversee data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning -Manage IT documentation, knowledge base, and change management process -Ensure system uptime and provide IT support across all business units -Manage IT assets, budgets, vendors, and license compliance
