Head of Sales

• Define and implement sales and business development strategies in alignment with company goals
• Manage and develop the Sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Create and expand the new customer base, as well as maintain relationships with key clients
• Oversee and develop relationships with client groups including Banks, Financial Institutions, Securities companies, Corporate clients, and Investors
• Analyze customer needs and business opportunities to develop new sales channels and businesses
• Monitor trends and situations in the financial markets, commodities, gold, and related financial products
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Trading, Risk Management, Compliance, and Operations to support customer service and business operations
• Monitor team performance, analyze Sales Pipeline and revenue, and present information to executives
• Participate in meetings, business negotiations, and build relationships with clients and business partners
• Perform other duties as assigned by executives

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Relationship Management in the financial business or related businesses Experience in any of the following businesses: Banks / Financial Institutions, Securities companies / Derivatives / Brokerage, Commodity / Precious Metals / Gold, Financial Markets / FX, Investment Banking / Corporate Banking Experience in team management and the ability to drive the team to achieve business goals Possess a customer network and relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions, Securities companies, Corporate clients, or Investors Possess skills in negotiation, presentation, and building business relationships Have an understanding of the financial market business and financial products Good English communication skills Experience working in Singapore or in companies/organizations with international business will be given special consideration
