OPS Specialist for a dynamic operational role in the world of sports and data

The role involves the entire data and operational envelope surrounding sports events – currently primarily football and tennis, and later additional sports branches. The role combines working with information and data systems, real-time broadcast operations, and providing support to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

Data Operations

• Operation and maintenance of information related to the sports world: leagues, teams, players, matches, and match history.
• Performing updates and changes to information before matches, after matches, and in real-time.
• Routine work with data systems and monitoring the correctness and integrity of the information.

Video & Live Operations

• Operation and monitoring of sports broadcasts intended for Live.
• Handling faults and changes related to broadcasts and sports events in real-time.
• Working in a dynamic operational environment that requires a fast response to events and changes.

Requirements:

• Technological orientation and a good ability to work with computerized systems.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and real-time environment.
• Accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Affinity and familiarity with the sports world.
• Good level of English – mandatory, including the ability to conduct oneself and communicate fluently with customers abroad.

Scope of Work and Shifts:

Shift work, 4–5 shifts per week. The work includes night shifts. Later, depending on training and independence in the role, work from home will be possible once a week.
