Exa Ceram Co., Ltd., a leader in dental laboratories and comprehensive dental innovation, is looking for a skilled and visionary new leader to take on the position of TRIO CLEAR Section Manager to drive and manage the Trio Clear clear aligner products, ranging from marketing strategy, sales management, and coordination with clinics and dentists, to team management for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities Strategic and Marketing: Plan marketing and sales strategies for Trio Clear products, define sales targets (KPIs), and manage marketing budgets to expand the customer base among dental clinics and hospitals.

Operations and Case Quality Management: Control and supervise the clear aligner service process, from receiving orders, Treatment Planning, production, to timely delivery of workpieces meeting the highest standards.

Building Relationships with Dentists (KOLs & Clinical Support): Build and maintain good relationships with orthodontists and leading clinics, as well as organizing training activities (Workshop / Seminar) to transfer knowledge regarding Trio Clear technology.

Team Management and Development: Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of the Trio Clear team (sales team, case coordination team, and technical support team) to achieve organizational goals.

Product Analysis and Development: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to continuously develop service processes and products to meet market needs.

Working Days and Hours: Monday - Saturday, 08:00 - 17:00. Holidays: Sunday and company annual holidays as announced.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Dentistry, Medical Science, Dental Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3–5 years of work experience in the medical device / dental instrument / Clear Aligners industry, and at least 2 years of experience at a team management/section manager level. Good knowledge and understanding of Aligner Systems and modern dental technology. Excellent Strategic Thinking, Leadership, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities. Good English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) and proficiency in basic computer programs/clear aligner work systems. Ability to manage and lead a team to successfully achieve the set organizational goals.
