Senior Production engineer based in Nakhon Si Thammarat branch

• Increasing efficiency and reducing waste, reducing production time
• Planning production for new products, from creating Work Instruction to factory Layout arrangement
• Controlling and increasing production efficiency in the CAD/CAM & 3D Printing and (Milling) section
• Testing and importing new dental technologies or materials from abroad
• Incharge of all occurring problems
• Implementing company policies and supervising technicians to follow them continuously
• Learning all activities of the department in order to act as a mediator when communicating with customers

Working days and time: Monday-Saturday 08:00 - 17:00 Holidays: Sunday + Saturday according to the rotation and holidays as announced by the company

Qualifications: Male / Female, age 30 years and above Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science in any field, or other related fields Knowledge of production planning, production preparation, PDCA, 8 Wastes 3-5 years of experience or more in the production engineering field Possess coordination skills and the ability to work with multiple parties, leadership, responsibility, and good communication skills Able to use statistical data for problem analysis Excellent English communication skills, good presentation skills, and courageous in expressing opinions
