Production Engineer - Phuket Branch

1. Monitor and inspect production efficiency, such as %Efficiency, %3R, %Defect, and %Delay, to ensure that the production process meets organizational goals.
2. Analyze the causes of problems and implement rapid corrective actions to prevent impacts on production, including utilizing analytical tools to improve processes.
3. Responsible for overseeing the production process to comply with standards and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure production follows the plan.
4. Promote the potential development of production line employees, including increasing process efficiency to reduce errors and waste.
5. Supervise and inspect to ensure the production process is safe and that manufactured products meet quality standards.
6. Summarize daily performance results and plan for the next day's production to ensure continuity and maximum efficiency.
7. Establish work standards in accordance with international standard system requirements.
8. Extract various report data from ERP and E-order systems as assigned.

Able to undergo practical training at the Chiang Mai Head Office

Working Days and Hours: Monday – Saturday 08.00-17.00 Holidays: Sunday and holidays as announced by the company.
