Maintenance Engineer Planner / Supervisor

Join us as a key force in driving the Maintenance and Lean Manufacturing systems of our factory.

• We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional with planning and coordination skills to oversee the Preventive Maintenance (PM) system, supervise technician teams and external Vendors, and drive the organization's Zero Downtime and Continuous Improvement goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and control the PM schedules for machinery, Utility systems, and factory buildings.
• Coordinate with production teams, technician teams, and external contractors to ensure maintenance does not impact production.
• Analyze recurring machinery breakdown issues and systematically follow up on corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts for critical machinery.
• Control and monitor maintenance work to ensure it aligns with plans and budgets.
• Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing, and 3S activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning / Maintenance Supervisor roles.
• Knowledge of PM, TPM, Spare Parts Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Able to use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ERP, or SAP.
• Skills in coordination and Vendor management.
• Able to use English for work, read Technical Manuals and Specifications.
• Able to communicate via E-mail and coordinate with international Vendors.
• Completed safety training at the Supervisor or Management level.
• Important licenses (Special consideration if possessed): Water / Air Pollution Control License (Environmental Care License)
