Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and audit the Payroll process through the Bplus system to ensure accuracy and timeliness, including verifying Attendance, OT, leave, and Employee Movement such as new hires, resignations, promotions, and salary adjustments before the payroll cycle.
  2. Manage employee data and HR documents to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date, while coordinating Social Security, taxes, and related tasks to comply with labor laws and company regulations.
  3. Manage employee benefits, verify entitlements, and serve as the primary point of contact for providing advice or assistance to employees on HR matters to create a good working experience.
  4. Coordinate and process Visa, Work Permit, and related documents for foreign employees, including contacting government agencies and tracking document renewals to ensure they are completed on schedule.
  5. Use Microsoft 365, Bplus, and AI Tools to manage data, prepare reports, analyze personnel data, and support the development of HR systems.
  6. Coordinate with employees and executives, both Thai and foreign, as well as external agencies to support human resources operations.
  7. Provide HR consultation and coordination to employees and supervisors, offering guidance and supporting people management across various departments.
  8. Support activities and projects that promote employee engagement, including participating in the development of HR policies or activities that create a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in Payroll, Welfare, Visa/Work Permit, and HR Operations. Experience using Payroll systems or HRIS (experience with Bplus will be given special consideration). Knowledge of Thai labor law and Visa/Work Permit processes. Confidentiality: High level of discretion in handling sensitive information. Ability to communicate in English at a level sufficient for coordination and working with relevant parties. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint. Open to learning and applying AI Tools to increase work efficiency. Open-minded, respectful of diversity, and able to work with people from various backgrounds. Able to solve problems, provide effective advice, and prioritize tasks well.
