Production Coordinator - CAD-Design Coordinator (Jewelry)

📋 Key Responsibilities

Position: Production Data Coordinator 🎬 Line Coordinator: Coordinate the smooth transfer of jewelry pieces between departments; ensure that actual product quantities match the system data 100%. ⚖️ Material & Workpiece Control: Receive, issue, and withdraw precious raw materials from the warehouse; track workpieces from production staff to ensure timely returns; accurately record change details (e.g., changes in gold/gemstone weight at each stage). 💻 Navision System Control: Record and update production status, including departmental inventory, into the Navision system to keep it current (training on system usage will be provided). 🔍 Inventory & Compliance: Organize workpieces within the department; perform regular stock counts; collaborate with the larger team for monthly/period-end stock checks; and ensure all movements strictly follow company policies.

Position: Design Data Coordinator 💡 Transforming Sketches into Presentations: Export and convert CAD files from designers into English presentations that accurately and beautifully display technical details and images of the finished jewelry. 🔍 Product BOM Decoding: Collect and prepare detailed product information as well as the Bill of Materials (Product BOM), such as gemstone types, sizes, diamonds, and precious metals, with an extra emphasis on the accuracy of numbers and dimensions. 🎬 Close Coordination with CAD and Designers: Work closely with the CAD and Designer teams to receive finalized workpiece information and verify data accuracy before passing it to the production team. 💻 Skill Development and System Learning: Learn to use specialized computer programs and export jewelry workflows, with a professional team providing guidance and training at every step.

Qualifications: High School Diploma, Vocational Certificate, or High Vocational Certificate in any field; basic English reading and writing skills required. 5-Star Meticulousness: Exceptional attention to detail regarding numbers, dimensions (mm/carat), and raw material weights without error. Good Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and basic programs (e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent Coordination Skills: Good interpersonal skills, clear communication, and the ability to work smoothly with CAD - Designers, production technicians, and other departments. Love for Learning and Honesty: Open-minded to learning new things, disciplined, and strictly follows regulations and product control policies. Personality: Enthusiastic, agile, quick, and honest. Experience with ERP or Navision systems will be specially considered (but if you haven't used them... we are ready to teach you!). New Graduates Welcome: Direct experience in jewelry is not required because we have seniors to train and teach you every step of the way! However! Experience in the jewelry business or jewelry manufacturing processes will be specially considered!!
