The flour industry Μύλοι Θράκης Ι. Ουζουνόπουλος Α.Ε wishes to hire a Production Executive for its facilities in Αλεξανδρούπολη.

Your tasks

Job Description

• Planning and organization of daily and weekly production schedules to achieve targets, based on sales forecasts and finished goods inventory.
• Coordination of production processes and identification of deviations from the schedule, with the implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensuring the accuracy of inventory and the reconciliation of information system data. Investigation of discrepancies.
• Management of product, raw material, and packaging material inventories in cooperation with the procurement and sales departments and ensuring correct storage.
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the workplace and initiatives for the improvement of working conditions.
• Analysis of production performance and creation of regular reports for the company management.
• Proposals for the improvement of productivity and processes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• University Degree in Production and Management / Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Chemical Engineer.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Consistency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Team spirit and adaptability.
• 1-3 years of experience in a factory will be specially considered.
