1. Gather in-depth technical requirements from customers
2. Analyze, provide consultation, and design workflows using company products or custom designs
3. Coordinate with various departments to achieve goals, such as Supplier, Sub-Contractor, and others
4. Support the sales team with technical information and/or pricing to ensure complete and timely quotations for customers
5. Follow up on the delivery of various tasks or projects
6. Facilitate customer satisfaction evaluations regarding the services provided
7. Able to expand into providing other services to customers

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields 2-3+ years of technical experience in IT, System Engineering, Network Infrastructure, or related systems At least 1 year of experience in project management or managing installation and system development teams Understanding of software system analysis and design Experience using or installing ERP, WMS, or other systems Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst will be favorably considered Able to communicate, coordinate, and manage the overall project effectively Able to drive a car and possesses a driver's license Able to communicate in English at a basic level
