Service Engineer (Based in Sriracha Branch)

1. Meet customers together with the sales team, understand customer needs, and provide technical proposals to customers.
2. Support after-sales service in solving problems related to various products that the sales team has sold to customers.
3. Coordinate and provide consultation to various departments, both internally and externally, to ensure all departments understand the work plan and operate correctly.
4. Prepare project progress reports for management and other assigned tasks.
5. Monitor the duration of various operations to ensure compliance with contracts.
6. Prepare various documents and follow up on work to meet the specified work plan.

Qualifications: Age not exceeding 35 years old. High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or other fields with direct experience. At least 6 months of experience in sales or maintenance/servicing of Reach Stacker, Empty Container Handler, Heavy duty Forklift, MHC, STS, RTG, RMG, Electrical Overhead Crane, lifting systems including elevators, motor control systems, machinery using engine and hydraulic systems, or mechanical operating systems of heavy machinery in industrial plants or ports, etc. Proficient in computer use: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Project). Able to communicate in Chinese. Good English communication skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work overtime. Possessing a driver's license and having a private car will be given special consideration.
