Office Employee - Eshop Management

A women's clothing company, based in Evosmos, Thessaloniki, is looking for an employee for immediate hiring, with the objective of managing the e-shop and supporting the daily operations of the company. If you are organized, consistent, and would like to work in the fashion industry, we would be happy to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Management and processing of e-shop orders and returns
• Entry of new products and updating their content
• Monitoring and updating inventory
• Content creation for the e-shop and social media
• Communication and cooperation with external partners
• Quality control of new arrivals

Required Qualifications:

• Very good use of PC and MS Office programs (Word and Excel)
• Familiarity with e-shop management platforms, such as WordPress
• Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar
• Ability to use content creation and editing platforms, such as Canva, CapCut
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Organization, responsibility, and consistency
• Interest and love for the fashion industry
• An active DYPA (formerly OAED) unemployment card is required
