Assistant Sales Manager

Your tasks

Design communication networks for Smart City systems and related devices to meet customer requirements Build relationships/collaborations with customers Establish personal sales targets and acquire new customers Present and assess customer needs, and follow up continuously Create quarterly and annual sales plans Maintain profit margins in accordance with company goals Track project status until payment is completed

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology (IT), or other related fields
2. At least 2 years of work experience in System Integrator (SI), CCTV Solutions, or Software House business groups
3. Good interpersonal skills, service mind, leadership skills, negotiation skills, result-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive
4. Good English skills, both writing and reading
5. Problem-solving skills and systematic analytical thinking
6. Excellent negotiation and coordination skills
7. Experience in selling to the government sector will be given special consideration
8. Responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure
9. Able to travel for on-site work or customer sites (having a driver's license and a private car will be given special consideration)
