Maintenance Manager

1. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and standards to ensure efficient and effective operations
2. Supervise the maintenance team and provide guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed on time
3. Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections
4. Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize production or operational disruptions
5. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to prevent damage or failure
6. Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources
7. Procure and purchase necessary equipment, tools, and materials for maintenance activities
8. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and consumables to minimize downtime
10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety culture among maintenance personnel

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical power / Automation Ability to work well in a team Good negotiation and coordination skills Good English communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP programs Able to drive a car Able to work well under pressure At least 5 years of direct experience in an industrial factory setting
