Lead Financial Analyst

control and analysis of budget execution, variance analysis; preparation of monthly financial forecasts; preparation of financial statements by business lines/ departments/ counterparties, including for the head office (South Korea); uploading financial statements into the head office's corporate system; financial analysis and support of transport service activities (budgeting, control and analysis of income/expenses, control and assessment of the effectiveness of changes in counterparties' commercial terms, development of recommendations on the economic efficiency of projects, etc.); monthly/quarterly/annual financial closing; analysis of the company's financial and business activities; participation in the modernization of 1C/SAP systems, initiation of the creation of new business operations (postings) and reports in 1C/SAP systems; preparation and control of the execution of the annual business plan for the Company's direct costs in terms of transfer pricing by cost centers; participation in the development of the Company's internal control standards; preparation of calculations and management reporting for the Company's management; verification of Charts of Accounts and mapping between the company's accounts and the headquarters' accounts; verification of new management reporting forms and draft contracts that serve as the basis for their formation.

Requirements

higher education (economics, finance, accounting); at least 2-3 years of experience with similar functions; English at Intermediate level and above (speaking and writing skills, direct supervisor is an expat); excellent MS Excel skills; understanding of the principles of financial analysis, financial and management accounting (IFRS principles - as a plus); experience with 1C and SAP is desirable; experience in logistics/in auditing companies will be an advantage; attention to detail, ability to work with large volumes of information, analytical skills, good communication skills, self-organization, stress resistance.
