Transport Logistics Specialist

Operational management in the field of transport logistics (3PL forwarding). Preparation of general cargo tracking reports. Coordination and interaction with clients, suppliers, brokers, carriers, and forwarding agents. Processing transport orders. Order tracking, deadline control, contractor verification, cargo inspection, control of delivery locations, shipments, transit points, etc. Tracking cargo movement at any stage. Handling customer claims. Resolving complex/non-standard issues. Monitoring compliance by all suppliers with previously agreed terms. Organizing door-to-door forwarding within established timeframes. Accounts receivable management. Reviewing contracts, preparing and coordinating addenda to them within the company and with counterparties. Coordinating payments to suppliers, monitoring their execution. Analyzing the ratio of sales volumes to costs. Concluding contracts with clients and suppliers. Coordinating work with various company departments. Preparing reports for management.

Requirements

Higher technical or economic education. General understanding of the specifics of the forwarding business. More than 5 years of experience in forwarding, including intermodal logistics with air, sea, rail, and road transport. Extensive experience in coordinating work with agents in ports and airports, carriers, and forwarders. Customer orientation. Ability to work in a multitasking mode. Result-oriented. Analytical mindset. Basic knowledge in the field of customs clearance. Knowledge of accounting documentation, basic understanding of an accountant's work. Basic knowledge of cash flow, working with debit and credit accounts. Experience working with electronic document management (EDM), including electronic waybills. Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as with databases. Experience in handling claims. English level: Upper Intermediate.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Working in a large international logistics company; VHI, life and health insurance (after 3 months); Work schedule - 5/2 (from 8:30 to 17:30); Meal cost compensation; Office location: Moscow City (nearest metro stations "Vystavochennaya" / "Delovoy Tsentr").; Experience: 3 years
