Chief Accountant

Maintenance of accounting, tax, and management accounting in accordance with RAS and IFRS, identification of risk areas, and proposals for their elimination; Control over the accuracy and timeliness of the reflection of all financial and business operations by accounting staff; Period closing in 1C and SAP, reconciliation and adjustment of data; Monitoring changes in current legislation and timely application in work; Preparation and submission of accounting, tax, statistical, etc. reporting, including all necessary disclosures; Management of tax reporting. Control over the submission of VAT and corporate income tax reports in accordance with legislation; Fast Closing, monthly early closing of the period (month) within the established deadline and defense before management; Data analysis: working with Excel to analyze financial indicators and prepare reports, including the use of complex formulas, SUMIF functions, VLOOKUP functions, and pivot tables; Automation and optimization of accounting processes; Control of all accounting sections; Management of the accounting department (4 subordinates in RF, 1 in Kazakhstan), methodological work; Interaction with regulatory authorities; Interaction with internal and external auditors; Cooperation with colleagues to achieve common goals and successful task execution; Approval of contracts.

Requirements

Higher professional education, at least 6 years of experience in a similar position; Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations; Excellent knowledge in the field of tax accounting; Knowledge and experience in reporting transformation according to IFRS standards are desirable; Knowledge of all accounting sections; Confident spoken and written English (upper-intermediate), direct reporting to a foreign manager; Experience in team management, leadership qualities; Experience participating in audits (mandatory external audit, internal audit, tax audits); Skills in working with 1C, SAP. Experience in international companies and the presence of professional qualification certificates will be an advantage. Teamwork style: readiness to communicate with colleagues and help the team.
