Human Resources Manager (Hospitality Focus)

A chain of stores successfully operating in the hospitality sector in Patra is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the full management of staffing, training, and personnel development processes.

Your tasks

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to strengthen the culture and public image of the business, contributing to the successful operation of the stores and the development of employees in a dynamic and pleasant environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Overall organization and supervision of the recruitment process
• Drafting, publishing, and renewing job advertisements on selected media (platforms & Social Media)
• Evaluation of CVs and scheduling of interviews
• Conducting interviews and follow-up communication with candidates
• Continuous communication with store managers regarding staffing needs
• Participation in the onboarding process for new employees
• Training and guidance of staff according to the company's operational manual
• Regular visits to the company's stores for the purpose of guidance, evaluation, and support of the staff

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• University/Technical degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position (ideally hospitality/tourism)
• Very good knowledge of English and MS Office
• Communication and organizational skills
• Team Spirit
• Familiarity with Social Media Campaigns
• Knowledge of Social Media Management Tools
• Possession of a driver's license
