Warehouse Sales Executive (Warehouse Service Sales) based in Bang Pakong

Your tasks

Responsibilities and Job Details

1. Present and sell warehouse services in Bangkok, metropolitan areas, and other provinces.
2. Search for, develop, and expand the new customer base across various industries.
3. Possess a good understanding of warehouse operations.
4. Prepare and present quotations to customers accurately and completely.
5. Maintain and manage customer satisfaction levels and service quality.
6. Receive, coordinate, and handle customer inquiries, suggestions, or complaints.
7. Prepare and present service rates, commercial terms, and documents related to Request for Quotation (RFQ).
8. Prepare, collect, and manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) information and related documents.
9. Plan sales strategies to achieve new customer acquisition goals.
10. Prepare monthly sales and marketing performance reports.

Requirements

1. Male / Female, aged 28-40 years.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher.
3. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse sales (focusing on warehouse work).
4. Possess a valid driver's license and a private car, and be able to drive long distances.
5. Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
6. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
8. Ability to start work immediately will be given special consideration.
