Technician

1. Assist engineers in inspecting and certifying equipment and fixtures, and follow up on trial results.
2. Participate in machine installation and testing, including electrical connections, network connections, and daily maintenance.
3. Responsible for preparing and analyzing preliminary production data to help improve yield rates and efficiency.
4. Collect and report problems in the production line, and assist in basic machine troubleshooting.
5. Participate in preparing and improving production process documents, recording forms, and inspection standards.
6. Inspect and decide on non-conforming products, and maintain relevant records.
7. Assist in sample selection and calibration.
8. Operate and inspect machines daily according to standards to ensure stable production.
9. Support the importation of new machines and production program changes.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Vocational Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher in Electronics, Communications, Optoelectronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields. Basic English reading skills and proficiency in using Office programs. Systematic thinking with good data analysis and documentation skills. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO9000) will be given special consideration. Responsible, high learning ability, good performance, able to work under pressure, and has a teamwork attitude.
