Production Leader

1. Execute production plans and company goals, working with supervisors to monitor and coordinate production, allocating manpower, machinery, and raw materials appropriately to ensure production follows the plan and deliveries are on time.
2. Monitor production progress, report occurring issues such as production abnormalities, raw materials, machinery, and manpower allocation, and coordinate to resolve problems to ensure products can be delivered as scheduled.
3. Responsible for managing the production line or the team under supervision on a daily basis, controlling employees to operate according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to increase production efficiency, product quality, and maintain work discipline.
4. Monitor and analyze key production indicators such as production efficiency, machine utilization rate, output per person, yield rate, and defect rate, while proposing ways to improve the production process.
5. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production Planning, and Warehouse departments to resolve issues occurring in the production process, jointly analyze causes, and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
6. Supervise and manage team members, including attendance monitoring, scheduling, discipline control, performance evaluation, skill training, and onboarding new employees to strengthen team stability and efficiency.
7. Organize or participate in Morning Meetings and production meetings to communicate production plans, quality requirements, safety, and company policies to ensure all employees are thoroughly informed.
8. Drive and control 5S/6S implementation in the production area, maintaining workplace orderliness in accordance with safety, quality, and management standards.
9. Strictly comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements, including the company's work safety regulations; detect and report risks or hazardous points in the production area to prevent accidents.
10. Perform other production management tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Able to listen, speak, read, and write Chinese at an intermediate level or higher, and able to read basic English work documents or emails.
• At least 3 years of experience in production management within the electronics industry or related manufacturing industries.
• Prior experience as a Group Leader, Line Leader, Shift Leader, or Production Supervisor will be given special consideration.
• Knowledge and understanding of production floor management, such as executing production plans, manpower allocation, increasing production efficiency, quality control, and managing issues occurring in the production process.
• On-site operational and problem-solving skills; able to quickly detect abnormalities in the production process and effectively drive improvements.
• Basic data analysis skills; able to monitor and understand key production data such as production volume, production efficiency, yield rate, employee attendance, and defect rate.
• Leadership qualities with good team management and coordination skills; able to lead production teams to achieve goals and effectively coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Production Planning, and Warehouse departments.
• High sense of responsibility, able to work well under pressure, and able to adapt to an industrial factory environment.
• Experience in 5S/6S implementation, Lean Manufacturing, and basic use of ERP/MES systems will be given special consideration.
