Mechanical Supervisor (หัวหน้ากะงานเครื่องกล)

1. Analyze causes, problems, and preventive solutions for mechanical damage within the conveyor belt systems inside MTB, TBT buildings.
2. Monitor the results of mechanical maintenance operations within the MTB, TBT buildings, and ensure the orderliness and correctness of the work.
3. Control the maintenance of the baggage conveyor belt system to ensure it is performed correctly and orderly.
4. Receive policies from the Shift Maintenance Manager to implement and communicate to subordinates.
5. Study conveyor belt system information to gain thorough knowledge of operations as well as technical data of conveyor equipment to serve as a guideline for improving maintenance plans to suit actual operating conditions.
6. Coordinate with officers from Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited.

1.7. Evaluate the performance of subordinates.

1. Oversee work to comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality management policies.
2. Oversee work to comply with ISO 45001:2018 safety policies.
3. Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications: Male Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field, such as Mechanical Engineering. Possess a professional engineering license (กว.). Have at least 3 years of experience in supervising and providing guidance for maintenance work. Have at least 1 year of experience regarding baggage conveyor systems in international airports. Have wit and analytical skills. Have wit and analytical skills. Able to work under pressure. Possess communication abilities and command skills. Able to use computer programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access reasonably well. Able to speak, listen, read, and write English well. Possess a driver's license and be able to drive. Be in good physical health. No criminal record.
