Financial Manager

• Daily study of legislation: changes, additions, clarifications from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service, and court Decisions, the Government of the Russian Federation, and the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation. - Formation of the accounting and tax accounting policy of the enterprise. - Optimization of tax accounting methods, control of tax and financial risks within the framework of the legislation of the Russian Federation. - Formation of internal local normative acts regarding finances, regulating document flow and the operation of the enterprise, mandatory for execution by all responsible employees of the enterprise. - Organization of automation of all business operations, processes, and reporting formation in 1C ERP Управление производственным предприятием . - Interaction with regulatory authorities. - Interaction with credit organizations, banks. - Organization of planning and budgeting. - Formation of the annual financial report for regulatory authorities and the corporation. - Ensuring the reliability of accounting and reporting with obtaining an opinion from an independent auditing company. - Organization and control of corporate reporting formation. - Ensuring effective interaction of the finance department with all departments of the enterprise. - Formation of reporting on corporate income tax.

Requirements

Experience working in international organizations Fluency in Chinese and English.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 3 years
