Control Engineer

• Organization of the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management system for products and services within the organization.
• Organization of the analysis and optimization of quality management processes for the lifecycle of products and services within the organization:
• Formation of the structure of the document management system for the quality management of the organization's products and services.
• Organization of the development and implementation of progressive, economically justified, resource- and nature-saving technological processes and production modes for the products manufactured by the enterprise, the performance of works, and services, ensuring an increase in the level of technological readiness and technical re-equipment of production, reduction of raw material and material consumption, labor costs, improvement of the quality of products, works (services), and growth of labor productivity.
• Leadership in compiling plans for the implementation of new equipment and technology, increasing the technical and economic efficiency of production, and the development of technological documentation; organizing control over its provision to workshops, sections, and other production units of the enterprise.
• Review and approval of changes made to technical documentation in connection with the adjustment of technological processes and production modes.
• Ensuring the improvement of product manufacturing technology, the performance of works and services, the implementation of scientific and technical achievements, progressive base technologies, high-performance resource- and nature-saving waste-free technologies, the design and implementation of technological systems, environmental protection tools, comprehensive mechanization and automation of production processes, non-standard equipment, technological tooling, fixtures, and tools, timely mastery of design capacities, and compliance with usage standards.
• Participation in the development of projects for the reconstruction of the enterprise, measures to reduce the timeframes for mastering new equipment and technology, the rational use of production capacities, reducing the energy and material intensity of production, increasing its efficiency, improving product quality, and improving the organization of labor.

Requirements

• Work experience in international organizations.
• Knowledge of the specifics of Chinese equipment and machinery.
• Fluency in Chinese and English.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 3 years
