English Language Teacher

Conducts training sessions with students under secondary vocational education programs in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards for secondary vocational education; vocational training programs, and additional professional programs. Organizes and monitors the independent work of students and individual educational trajectories (programs), using the most effective forms, methods, and means of teaching, new educational technologies, including information technologies. Promotes the development of the personality, talents, and abilities of students, the formation of their general culture, and the expansion of the social sphere in their upbringing. Implements the work program of upbringing.

Requirements

The teacher must know: priority directions for the development of the educational system of the Russian Federation; laws and other regulatory legal acts regulating educational activities; the Convention on the Rights of the Child; the content of curricula and principles of organizing instruction in the taught academic discipline or module; basic technological processes and work techniques for positions in organizations in the specialty/profession in accordance with the training profile in the educational institution; the basics of economics, production organization, and management; pedagogy, physiology, psychology, and the methodology of vocational training; modern forms and methods of teaching and upbringing students; the basics of labor legislation; the theory and methods of managing educational systems; modern pedagogical technologies of productive, differentiated learning, implementation of the competency-based approach, and developmental learning; methods of persuasion, argumentation of one's position, establishing contact with students of different ages, their parents (or persons replacing them), and colleagues; technologies for diagnosing the causes of conflict situations, their prevention, and resolution; the basics of ecology, economics, and sociology; labor legislation; the basics of working with text editors, spreadsheets, email, and browsers, and multimedia equipment; the internal labor regulations of the educational institution; occupational health and fire safety rules; teaching aids used by the teacher in the process of teaching an academic discipline or module, and their didactic possibilities; the teacher's occupational health and safety instructions, as well as the requirements of occupational health and safety instructions when performing work with educational, demonstration, computer equipment, and office equipment.
