Trade Operations Specialist

• ensuring the photo/video shooting process of regular and auction goods, as well as the relevance of data in the system; - ensuring the reflection of links to media content (photo and video) on the Cutwise website and in the Кадас2 system; - ensuring the safety of information processed on a personal computer; - performing other production tasks in the direction of the department's activities; - ensuring timely certification of diamonds according to the certification matrix, as well as the relevance of data in the system; - carrying out product displays (selection, accompaniment, layout of goods, monitoring safety, accompaniment during external photography); - carrying out the storage of valuables and working with them in accordance with the current instruction on the procedure for working with strictly accounted valuables; - organizing work in the assigned area of the department's production activities, and in case of production necessity, performing the duties of adjacent work areas; - performing other instructions from the head of the department and the Branch Director in accordance with one's competence.

Requirements

Higher or secondary specialized education (technical/humanities/economics), proficiency in English at a level no lower than Pre-Intermediate (international scale) or A2 (European scale) and above, advanced proficiency in Microsoft 0ffce tools, at least 1 year of experience working with diamonds
