Lead Specialist of the Auction Sales and Special Projects Department

Your tasks

• issuing passes for clients and client accompaniment; - participation in the preparation and implementation of the Company's special projects; - formation of a database of products participating in implementation within the framework of special projects; - preparation of draft agreements and contracts necessary for the implementation of special projects, their coordination, ensuring signing and accompaniment; - accompaniment of transactions, including the transfer of goods to clients and bank representatives during the sale of the Branch's products within the framework of special projects; - warehouse management: receipt, issuance, accounting of products, performing intra-warehouse operations, preparation of operational and reporting documents, preparation and conducting of inventory; - preparation of contracts and other documents within the framework of special projects; - preparation of regular reporting on product sales; - maintaining the website in an up-to-date state (preparatory operations, filling, posting, updating, reserving product stock and other operations); - execution of individual assignments from the management of the Branch and the Company in accordance with one's competence; - ensuring the safety of information processed on a personal computer; - compliance with the requirements of instructions on product safety, access control, and on-site security regimes; - execution of other production tasks in the direction of the department's activities.

Requirements

Higher education, theoretical knowledge and experience working with diamonds, English language proficiency level no lower than "upper-intermediate" (B2) and above

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 1 year
