Manufacturing Operator Lead (เริ่มงานทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

1. Technical support to the production line and handle production line issues.
2. Machine/Tooling parameter set up and record.
3. Support trial production and problem handling of new products at each stage from prototype to mass production.
4. Support ME Engineer/Manager verification of New Machine,tooling or fixtures for new product production lines.
5. Support ME Engineer/Manager for new and mass production product working hours, and calculate production capacity.
6. Support ME Engineer/Manager line balance of the existing product activity, reduce waste in the production line, and improve efficiency.
7. Support QSHE, 5S and Kaizen activities.
8. Folllow others job per ME Engineer/Manager assign.

Qualifications: Experience 2 years upper for manufacturing background Strong knowledge and skills in manufacturing process and machanical mechanism Strong interpersonal skill, ability to communicate and interact effectively with team members and people, a team player. Strongly able to self manage with good initiative, sound systematic thinking, able to plan & organize, resolve problems, handle pressure and have good working attitude. System require ISO9001, 14001, 45001, IATF16949 system requirement Basic communicate in English (both spoken & written) Audit system team requirement
