Lawyer for legal support of a transportation infrastructure project

For Egged Metro, the operator of the Green and Purple lines of the Light Rail in Gush Dan, required: A lawyer for legal support of a project in the field of transportation infrastructure. This is a dynamic, challenging role that includes working with many interfaces and close cooperation with the project management team. The work is reporting to the company's General Counsel.

Job Location: Petah Tikva

Job Scope: Full-time, Sun-Thu, between the hours 09:00-18:00. Willingness to work overtime, as needed.

Certified Lawyer with 3-6 years of experience - Mandatory

• Graduate of a leading university or college
• Very high level of English - proven and fluent working ability, including reading, writing, and speaking - Mandatory
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• High ability of expression in writing and orally
• High personal responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to lead, take initiative, and drive several processes simultaneously

Advantages:

• Previous experience from a similar company or a large organization in project support, or from a leading law firm in the infrastructure department - Significant advantage
• Experience in commercial litigation, civil-commercial law, contract law, and tender law - Advantage
• Familiarity with Design-Build type construction contracts - Advantage
• Engineering or technical background - Advantage
