Your tasks

Job Description

• Collection, analysis, and control of operational performance data, identification of trends and deviations, and production of reports and insights for management.
• Performing planning vs. execution controls and monitoring activity metrics in the areas of drivers, stations, enforcement, and operations.
• Concentration and management of departmental tasks, monitoring decisions, timelines, and goal achievement.
• Preparation of management presentations, coordination of professional forums, summarizing discussions, and monitoring the implementation of decisions.
• Control of attendance reports, working hours, and shifts, handling deviations, and closing monthly attendance with relevant parties.
• Support for the ongoing activity of the division management, meeting coordination, logistical processes, discussion summaries, tours, and internal and external organizational interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a relevant field – Mandatory.
• 2–3 years of experience in PMO roles, operational control, process coordination, or a similar staff role – Mandatory.
• High proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis – Mandatory.
• Full proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook – Mandatory.
• Ability to prepare management reports, presentations for senior levels, data analysis, and presenting insights – Mandatory.
• High level of English, both written and spoken – Mandatory.
• Experience in a large operational organization or in the public transportation field – Advantage.
• Familiarity with BI systems and AI tools – Advantage.
