Process Engineer (New Model) Bang Phli Branch

Your tasks

1. Plan / Prepare / Manage all resources of the process & engineering department to achieve company policies to support assigned levels
2. Review initial costs of new projects related to the production process
3. Plan / Perform cycle time analysis / floor layout / line balancing / manpower planning / work instructions and training
4. Project leader for Lean manufacturing and coordinate with relevant departments to implement quality systems
5. Plan / Execute / Coordinate APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
6. Process design / FMEA / Control Plan / Work Instructions / Q-Point
7. Plan / Design production formats
8. Plan / Design production capacity for new projects according to customer requirements
9. Plan / Design facilities, equipment, shelving, shipping, Jig and Fixture
10. Coordinate design with SCM department according to customer packaging standards
11. Coordinate / Execute product engineering changes and 4M changes
12. Verify production process design regarding product problems and improvements for detecting recurrence of problems
13. Plan / Execute continuous improvement such as suggestions
14. Support production improvement work during production and engineering
15. Prepare trial plans to improve and increase productivity in the production process
16. Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing / engineering with in-depth knowledge of processes and mechanical engineering, or Welding work, or automotive parts manufacturing plants
3. Knowledge of ISO / IATF 16949 systems and Automotive Core Tools - (APQP - PPAP - PFMEA - Control Plan - MSA - SPC) and LEAN techniques
4. Practical knowledge of BOM, manufacturing modules, and production lines
5. Experience working with CAD and AUTOCAD
6. PLC programming, Robot programming, Welding will be specially considered
7. Ability to understand technical drawings
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
9. English skills in writing, reading, listening, and speaking
10. Good communication, presentation skills, systematic skills, problem-solving skills, practical, careful, and positive thinking
11. Experience in welding processes will be specially considered
12. Able to work at Bang Phli branch
