Architect / Landscape Architect

Core Responsibilities

1. Design & Master Planning

1.1 Design project areas (Site Planning) from the Concept Design stage to Detailed Design.

1.2 Prepare Layouts, Elevations, and 3D Rendering to present projects to clients (schools, shopping malls, real estate projects, and government agencies).

1.3 Select playground equipment, outdoor furniture, and surface materials (Safety Flooring/Artificial Grass) to suit the project concept and budget.

1. Technical & Safety Compliance

2.1 Review and design in accordance with international safety standards for playground equipment and playgrounds (e.g., EN1176, ASTM).

2.2 Coordinate with engineering teams and installers to ensure that Construction Drawings are accurate and safe for implementation.

2.3 Conduct Site Surveys to analyze site conditions and solve technical problems such as drainage, uneven terrain, or space constraints.

1. Project Coordination

3.1 Communicate with international suppliers (Partner Brands) to request technical information on new equipment models for integration into designs.

3.2 Coordinate with the Sales Team to receive client briefs and adjust designs to meet requirements.

3.3 Periodically monitor on-site construction to ensure that installation follows the design.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or Urban Planning/Landscape Architecture. Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion (or Enscape/3ds Max), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator). Experience: 1-5 years in architectural or landscape design (Fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios are welcome). Specialized Knowledge: Understanding of Child Development through Play or playground safety standards will be given special consideration. Language Skills: Basic English communication skills (for reading international equipment manuals).
