processing group inquiries and event requests from A to Z (from receipt to sale and function launch); building and strengthening relationships with existing and new clients to ensure future booking opportunities; close collaboration with operational departments (Banquet Service, Kitchen, and others); resolving conflict situations; being part of a hotel team aimed at maximizing revenue and increasing customer satisfaction.
