IT Project Manager

-Determine and define project scope and objectives -Planning overall Strategy and Developing projects to have income and better efficiency according to company policy. -Coordinate within and arrange meetings with customers to summarize the project details to keep the scope and direction specified -Control and appropriately allocate budget. -Tracking Project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short and long- term goals. -Monitor Project progress and make adjustments as needed -Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution -Establish and maintain good relationships with the client. -Make a summary report that can be gullible -Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. -Perform other related management duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields. At least 3 years’ experience in IT Project Management field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Strong familiarity with various Project Management software tools, Methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and Best Practices Great in English communication skills. Good English Proficiency Test preferred Excellent communication, Data Analysis and Teamwork skills. Potential to handle a leadership/lead role and strong decision-making skills. Good responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
