Marine/Aviation Insurance Sales Representative - Howden Industries

Howden Industries, part of Howden Israel, is looking for a male/female sales representative for the Marine/Aviation insurance field. What do you do in the role?

• Proactively approach business clients
• Offer insurance solutions in the fields of marine, aviation, special risks, property, and liabilities insurance
• Manage negotiations and close deals
• Work continuously with account managers within the organization
• Maintain contact with insurance companies, consultants, and reinsurers in Israel and abroad
• Work according to quantitative and qualitative targets
• Combine office work with attending meetings

What is important to us?

• Academic education – Mandatory. Advantage for a background in Law, Insurance, Business Administration, or Finance
• At least two years of experience in sales – Mandatory
• Previous experience in Marine/Aviation insurance as an underwriter or account manager – Significant advantage
• Assertiveness, good energy, and the ability to work at a high pace
• High service orientation, ability to build connections, and negotiation skills
• Good command of a computerized environment, including Office, Internet, and CRM
• Good level of English – Mandatory
• Initiative, responsibility, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team
• Representative and professional appearance – Mandatory
