Pension Portfolio Manager - Hauden N.P.A

For Hauden N.P.A, a leading and growing agency in the field of pension, insurance, and financial solutions, a Pension Portfolio Manager is required for a significant, dynamic, and influential role, involving professional and personal accompaniment of the company's clients in the pension and insurance fields.

What does the role include?

• Ongoing management and accompaniment of the company's clients in the fields of pension, insurance, and economic risk management
• Conducting face-to-face and online meetings with the company's clients and their family members
• Handling employee onboarding processes for new employers and arranging pension plans
• Ongoing maintenance of client portfolios through proactive meetings and service meetings
• Tailoring professional and high-quality solutions to the client's needs in the pension, financial, and insurance fields
• Ongoing work with contact persons at employers, while identifying needs, gaps, and issues requiring attention
• Working interfaces with internal parties within the company, including collection, operations, employee onboarding, special cases, and more
• Meeting sales targets in the fields of pension, finance, and risks
• A combination of office work alongside going out for field meetings

Pension Agent License – Mandatory

• Academic degree – Mandatory.
• Significant advantage for graduates of insurance, business administration, finance, etc.
• At least 4 years of experience in portfolio management and marketing pension and risk products at a "Manahal Haseder" – Mandatory
• Assertiveness, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure
• High service consciousness and excellent interpersonal skills
• High oral and written expression skills
• Ability to work with clients, employees, and multiple interfaces
• Proficiency in a computerized and digital environment
• Ability to work in a team alongside independence and driving processes
• High availability to the company's clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Representative and respectable appearance – Mandatory
• High level of English
