Product Development and Business Development Engineer

• Lead Product Development from Concept to Mass Production
• Design and calculate cooling systems for new products
• Prepare Engineering Spec Sheets, BOM
• Test and analyze performance efficiency
• Design Review in each Phase
• Coordinate with Suppliers on technical aspects, testing Prototypes and Pre-production
• Analyze markets both domestic and international
• Support the Sales team in presenting Technical Proposals and Value Propositions to customers
• Prepare Business Case, ROI Analysis, and Payback Period for new products
• Monitor technology trends
• Analyze competitors
• Participate in Product Roadmap planning
• Attend Trade Shows, industry seminars, and build Partnerships with Suppliers
• Manage Oracle NetSuite Manufacturing Module for BOM and Work Order data
• Prepare and control SOP, Work Instruction documents
• Report Product Development KPIs

Qualifications: Age 25-30 years old Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or related fields At least 3-5 years of experience in Product Development or Engineering in refrigeration engineering Experience in Business Development, Sales Support, or Technical Market will be given special consideration Knowledge of cooling systems and knowledge of Refrigerant Experience with ERP System Able to read and write Engineering Drawing Good English communication skills, both speaking and writing Presentation and communication skills for reporting analysis results to executives and customers Enthusiastic about learning new technologies
