Senior Project Sales Engineer

• Plan weekly and monthly sales activities in alignment with annual sales department targets to increase sales from existing and new customers
• Collect relevant information and manage data for sales forecasting
• Evaluate and control project sales costs to meet targets
• Track project information in various sales tasks, attend technical briefings, and use the information to support sales or product design, including sourcing products and services for customers to ensure sales success
• Coordinate with contractors for sales purposes
• Manage and support the work of project technicians
• Monitor and coordinate the company's sales and marketing activities according to annual plans, as well as activities from associations and various agencies
• Coordinate the preparation of quotations and follow up on sales
• Submit information and documents according to requirements/contracts when commencing work for customers as agreed
• Track the status of document submission for customer billing from relevant departments
• Send customer information and related data to ensure appropriate coordination of after-sales service for customers
• Coordinate the procurement of products and services to be sufficient and accurate according to customer requirements in a timely manner
• Prepare technical analysis reports, including technical proposals, to be used for improving and developing sales; prepare progress reports for customers; prepare summary reports of sales and expenses for assigned projects; prepare work plans for projects under responsibility; prepare weekly sales reports regarding sales activities

Qualifications: Male/Female, age 27-35 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Refrigeration/Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer position Experience in design or installation of refrigeration or air conditioning systems Presentation skills Engineering reporting Customer Relationship Management Good English communication skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing) Ability to use Microsoft Office and Auto CAD Ability to read engineering drawings (Drawing)
