IT Support Officer

Your tasks

• Responsible for Infra & Network systems, Server Spec & Application, Office 365
• IT Equipment: NB, Printer, etc.
• Company Server, Hardware, Software

• Permission Shared Drive Structure / Design (Users in GT-Share and Update Microsoft 365 users)

-Current MA of Hardware / Network

• Responsible for computer equipment stock disbursement, ordering computer equipment stock, and submitting monthly computer reports
• Responsible for reporting computer equipment repairs, coordinating repair work, and processing billing for various repairs
• Responsible for other duties as assigned as appropriate by supervisors

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information and Network Engineering / Information Technology
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in the Information Technology field
3. Knowledge of Information Technology
4. Basic knowledge of labor laws regarding Information Technology work and laws related to Information Technology
5. Basic English knowledge and skills
6. Communication skills
7. Good personality and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to solve immediate problems very well
9. Service-minded
