Routine work facing suppliers in Israel and abroad.

• Handling and coordinating import processes with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Receiving price quotes, performing price comparisons, and examining economic feasibility.
• Generating purchase orders and monitoring their execution until the goods arrive.
• Managing and monitoring import orders and shipments using information systems and control tools.
• Coordinating delivery dates and monitoring shipments with suppliers and logistical entities.
• Handling import documents and monitoring goods release processes.
• Performing price analyses and supporting procurement, import, and logistics processes.
• Working with intra-organizational interfaces, including warehouse, logistics, production, and supply chain.
• Generating reports, monitoring data, and controlling procurement and import processes.

• Good command of Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table formulas - Mandatory
• High level of English
• Experience and understanding of procurement, import, and logistics processes - Advantage
• Familiarity with the production world - Advantage
• Academic degree - Advantage
