HR Manager

1. Recruitment and Team Staffing: Managing the full recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, profiling, interviewing, assessment, offer, onboarding. Managing the candidate funnel, recruitment analytics. 2. Adaptation and HR Service: Launching systemic adaptation: checklists, monitoring probation periods, feedback. Supporting managers in people management issues: communications, discipline, retention, development. HR support for employees in daily matters. 3. Personnel Administration: Managing HR documentation and personnel processes (contracts, changes, orders/notifications, accounting). Monitoring compliance with local regulations (working hours, vacations, disciplinary procedures, etc.) Organizing the storage/archive of personnel documents, maintaining order and transparency.

Requirements

Experience in this position in the automotive business, mandatory knowledge of Chinese and English, diligence, responsibility

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 6 years
